Using Your Noo Account

Once you have your Noo account, it's ready to start using straight away. Unlike other mobile phone accounts, Noo incorporates everything. That means Mobile, Computer phone (just like Skype™), Internet messenger, Text, and your home phone can all be one product. So now there is no need for anything else! However, if you prefer you only have to use the things that you understand, and that could be just your mobile phone! Once you have your Noo account, simply sign in (see:- SIGN UP section below) and all of these exciting things will become much clearer.

Calling With Noo!

Making and receiving calls with Noo is easy, even without the Noo SIM card! Once you have your account, if you are in the Noo zone and don't have our SIM, simply look for either 234-21, GBR21 or UK21 with your phone by using Manual search in network settings. Your mobile will then log on and you can start making calls from as little as 1p per min. If you are not in the Noo Zone and don`t have your Noo SIM card, then to make calls using your Noo account simply dial your geographic number before the number you are dialling and your call will be routed through Noo's network at their inexpensive rates. If you have your Noo SIM card and your phone and account is active you can start receiving calls and making money! All calls are at low cost rates with the benefit of great coverage. Unlike other mobile phone operators, Noo will always try and get you the best possible call rates. In order to achieve this and be able to offer free roaming in many countries, our network may connect the call in a non-traditional manner. When this happens, the only difference will be that when you place the call, your mobile may begin to ring. Simply answer the phone and you will immediately hear the destination number ringing at the far end. We could at all times connect calls in the traditional manner, but we think you would rather pay little or no roaming charges for this very minor inconvenience.

Accessing Your Voice Mail
	To pick up your voicemail from Noo, even if you don't have the Noo SIM, dial your geographic number from the handset you used to get your Noo account. Here, you can then check messages, check your balance and top up if needed and make calls from your account. Remember, when anyone calls your Noo number and you are not in the Noo zone, your regular handset will ring.

Noo HOME Line

Because your Noo Mobile account is also part of our enlarged network, we can offer you a new alternative to a traditional fixed line. Yes, the days of wires are gone! If you happen to be in the Noo Mobile zone you can sign up for your Noo account and use this as a replacement for the traditional home phone. All Noo accounts have the ability to add a regular telephone number from your town and also the ability to port your existing home phone number. Once you have your Noo account go to the 'My phone' area and add a traditional local town number or even use your existing one. You can order one of our home telephones and also connect your DECT phone, fax etc. - or even your SKY box to it. By doing this, you will need no traditional telephone line installation and you will also save on your line rental. Noo zones will be appearing throughout the UK on a weekly basis. In some areas, builders are installing Noo in new buildings and housing estates, which means that all your mobile and fixed line calls could be FREE in that and other Noo zones, plus you won't have to wait to get your line installed or pay extortionate rates for the privilege!

Noo BUSINESS Line

The Noo service is a complete converged product which incorporates Fixed line, Mobile, VOIP, and IM. Customers can add existing business local numbers along with additional UK fixed numbers. Noo is able to offer SIM-based PBX phones that, once purchased, can be used as a PBX replacement. This means that all calls that are received in the Noo zone appear to be fixed line calls but are, in fact, Noo Mobile calls. Call charges are the best a customer can expect within the UK and calls received in the Noo zone via a local number are FREE. There are many companies that are offering a product known as IP Centrex. Noo Mobile is far superior, as the customer can take the handset to and from any Noo zone and even around the world. The only difference is that when the call is answered on the desk phone outside the Noo zone, a simple roaming charge is applied. The most compelling part of the service is the fact that all calls are routed via PC, fixed or mobile and are also interconnected with email, text and voicemail. That, coupled with the saving on traditional line rental and call costs between Noo zones, makes Noo for Business a world first.
